Enabling Caller ID on Mighty Call

Problem:

Smith.ai needs your Caller ID, but it's turned off by default in Mighty Call. (You may be using this to know which calls being forwarded to your phone are currently coming from Mighty Call.)

Solution:

Here's how to enable Caller ID in Mighty Call for inbound calls.

  1. Log in to your Mighty Call account.
  2. Go to the “Manage Business Numbers” page, and click on "Caller ID Control."
  3. Click the toggle button OFF to show the caller's number instead of your business number.
  4. That's it!
