Porting a number: Sideline

Sideline lets you port a number in or out of their service:

To port a number from Sideline to Smith.ai

  • You must be a paying subscriber of Sideline OR
  • You must pay the one-time Sideline fee of $19.99

Then:

  1. Follow the steps for porting out of Sideline here.
  2. Follow the steps for porting in to Smith.ai here.

To port a number from Smith.ai to Sideline

  • This number cannot be the same number as your Sideline "registered number"

Then:

  1. Contact us here to let us know you wish to port your number out.
  2. Follow the steps for porting in to Sideline here.
