- Sign in to your Smith.ai Chat account and navigate to Integrations.
- Click on Wealthbox under “All Integrations.”
- Sign in to your Wealthbox account in a new tab.
- Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner next to your name and select “Settings.”
- From the left menu, click on “API Access” and create a new API access token. We recommend naming your API Token something recognizable like “Smith.ai Web Chat.”
- Copy the token number, go back to the Smith.ai Web Chat tab, and insert the number in the API Token box. Then click connect.
