How to forward calls from Monster VoIP to

The following steps outline how to set up call forwarding for your Monster VoIP line:

  1. Log in to your Portal. From the Answering Rules page, set your Ring time to 25 or more seconds, and then click Add Rule.

  1. In the Add an Answering Rule page, select the call routing that you would like to use, and enter your Smith number in the corresponding box. Turn off the Call Screening, and we suggest not using the Simultaneous ring, unless you are only forwarding unanswered calls.

  1. Click Save.
