Creating a New Scenario

If this is your first time using Make, read our Best Practices for Make guide for tips.
  1. From the Make dashboard, click Create a new scenario.
  2. Click the plus sign. Search and select
  3. Then select the Trigger or Action you want to use. has 1 trigger and 2 actions. Pros can use Make to send data from other applications to using the actions. Make can also be used to send data from to other applications using the trigger.
    1. New Call Trigger - Triggers when agents complete a call and send a call summary.
Spam calls do not trigger a scenario as they do not trigger an instant call summary.
    2. Call Someone (Outreach Campaign Only) Action - Adds a recipient to an Outreach Campaign. Once triggered, this action will add a recipient with name, number, and email address to the outreach campaign call queue, and we'll call them!
    3. Call Someone (Virtual Receptionist) Action - Queues an outbound call request. Once triggered, this action will add a recipient with name, number, email address, and timing to the outbound call queue, and we'll give them a call!
  4. Next, create a connection.
    1. If you do not already have one, you'll click the "Create a Connection" button. In this example, we've selected the "New Calls" trigger and are connecting to it. Continue to step 5.
    2. If you already have a connection, click the "Add" button. Continue to step 5.
