How to Automatically Add Leads from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms to Outreach Campaigns

This article will cover how to connect leads from your LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms to's outreach campaigns to automatically initiate an outbound call from a agent.

Want to create a workflow to automatically engage lead from your LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms?

Follow these steps:

  1. Sign up for a Zapier Account
  2. Connect your apps to Zapier
  3. Create a Zap trigger
  4. Set up the Zap action

1. Sign up for a Zapier account

You can sign up for a Zapier account here. If you already have one, move on to the next step. 

*Note: You can create a single-step Zap between some apps and on a free account. However, LinkedIn Ads is a premium app and requires a paid Zapier account

2. Connect your apps to Zapier

Once you’ve set up (or logged into) your Zapier account, you’ll want to connect it to your LinkedIn Ads account and account.

  1. Navigate to your Zapier Dashboard. If you’re not logged in, you will be prompted to do so.
  2. In the Zapier Dashboard, click on My Apps.
  3. Click Add Connection.
  4. Search for LinkedIn Ads and connect to your account.
  5. Repeat the process and add a connection to your account.
    1. You'll need to add your API key when prompted. You can get your API key in your Call Dashboard under Integrations. Click here for further instructions on how to connect to Zapier.

*Note: You may have multiple API Keys for and will need to use different ones for Virtual Receptionist calls, Outreach Campaign calls, and Chat integration.

3. Create a Zap trigger

  1. Select the orange button titled "Create a Zap."
  2. In the upper left corner, name your Zap. It could be something like: "Connect LinkedIn Ads to"
  3. For the trigger, type LinkedIn Ads and select the option that appears.
  4. For the event, select "New Lead Gen Form Response." Select Continue.
  5. Since you already established a connection with your LinkedIn Ads account, it will automatically sync with your LinkedIn Ads account. Select the page and form that you want to connect to
  6. Map your fields. Then select continue.
Important: Remember, the form MUST have the following fields: first name, last name, and phone number

4. Set up the Zap action

  1. Click Action. In the App event search bar, type in "" Click the option with the orange logo.
  2. For the trigger Event, click "Call Someone (Outreach Campaign Only).
  3. Connect your Zapier account to your account.
  4. Under Set up action, map your contact fields to the fields on your LinkedIn Lead Gen Form.

    2. The agents will follow your campaign details for callback directions.
  5. Publish and Turn on your Zap!

Now, when new leads fill out a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, they will automatically be called by based on your outreach campaign details.
