How to turn on Caller ID in Dialpad

To ensure your receptionists have access to the caller's phone number, please enable your Caller ID in your Dialpad account. Here is how:

  1. On the left-hand menu, go to your settings.

  1. Scroll down to Your Devices, and click on Advanced Settings.

  1. Set the Calls to your personal Dialpad number to Display the caller's number, for your departments/office main line. Click save to enable the changes.

  1. That is it! Your forwarded calls are now passing the original caller number to your Smith receptionists.
