To use our Make integration to send prospects from to, you will need

  • A Make Enterprise account
  • A account
  • Your API key
  • An account

How to send prospects from to

  1. From the Make dashboard, click Create a new scenario.
  2. Click the plus + sign. Search and select
  3. Select the New Calls Trigger.
  4. Next, create a connection to
    1. If you do not already have one, you'll click the "Create a Connection" button. In this example, we've selected the "New Calls" trigger and are connecting to it. Continue to step 5.
    2. If you already have a connection, click the "Add" button. Continue to step 5.
    3. To create a connection, name your connection and paste your API key.
    4. Click Save.
      You can optionally add a filter here to only send New leads.
  5. Next, you'll add another module to add the caller as a prospect in Outreach.
    1. Hover next to the module already added and press the plus + sign to add another module.
    2. Search Outreach and select it from the list.
    3. Select Create a Prospect from the list of available actions and triggers.
      1. Match the fields of your Outreach Prospect to that of the caller in the trigger.
  6. Next, add the newly created Outreach Prospect to a Sequence.
    1. Hover next to the Outreach module already added and press the plus + sign to add another module.
    2. Select Outreach.
    3. Select Add a Prospect to a Sequence from the list of available actions and triggers.
      1. Check the map box for Prospect ID and select the Prospect ID from the Create a Prospect step.
      2. Select your Sequence ID and Mailbox ID.
  7. Turn your scenario on (or save it if it's already on).

All your calls answered by Virtual Receptionists will now be added as prospects in an Outreach Sequence.
