Opting In and Out of Monthly Quota Notifications

When you sign up for Smith.ai, you purchase a number of calls per month. Any overages are billed at the end of the month. If you'd like to receive updates when your monthly quota is reached and/or when you reach 90% of your call quota for the month, simply turn on the notifications.

Turn on the "Monthly Quota Reached" alert and/or the "Approaching Quota" alert

  1. Log into the Smith.ai dashboard.
  2. Click on Settings in the navigation menu.
  3. Under the Account tab, you'll see the Notifications section. Click on Update Notification Settings.
  4. Check the box depending on which alerts you want in the Call quota notifications section.
  5. Press Save.

Turn off the "Monthly Quota Reached" alert and/or the "Approaching Quota" alert

  3. Under the Account tab, you'll see the Notifications section. Click on Update Notification Settings.
  4. Uncheck the boxes depending on which alerts you want to opt out of.
  5. Press Save.
