How to Forward Calls from 8x8 to

8x8 customers will need to set up call forwarding to in order for our receptionists to answer your calls.

As soon as you're signed up for and have completed the onboarding process, follow the directions below to change the settings in your 8x8 account to ensure your calls are being forwarded correctly. 

How to forward calls from 8x8 to

1. Log in to your Account Manager.

2. Click on "Phone System" and then on "View All Extensions."

3. Locate the extension from which you'll be forwarding calls to

4. Scroll down to "Call Forwarding" and click the "+"sign to expand the menu.

5. Choose the type of forwarding you wish to use (always, busy, no-answer, or internet outage) and check the box "forward to external or extension."

6. Enter your phone number in the "phone number" field.

7. Click "Save Changes."
