How to Export Your Chat Data via CSV

To analyze the leads captured by your Live Chat or AI-only Chatbot, you can download a CSV of your data from your account dashboard. Here’s how:

  1. Sign into your account. When you sign in, you should already be on the “History” page of your dashboard.
  2. Set the parameters of the chat data you want: time, channel, and disposition. For example, you could set them to “All Channels,” “All Dispositions,” and "Last month." It should look something like this:
Note: CSV downloads aren't currently available for "All time," "This year," or "Last year."
  1. Then click “Download CSV” at the top right side of your conversations, below the "Avg. Duration" section:
  1. Upload this CSV into Excel or Google Sheets to analyze it. Your CSV download will include the following data:
  • time
  • widget duration
  • channel
  • disposition
  • agent
  • visitor's first name
  • visitor's last name
  • visitor's email
