How to view your open tickets with

Welcome to's help center! If you've submitted a ticket to our support team, you may be wondering how to check its status. With our new ticketing portal, it's easier than ever to view your open tickets and stay up-to-date on the progress of your requests. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to access your open tickets Let's get started!

  1. Log into your Dashboard
  2. Go to your Instructions and click on Request a change.
  3. If you have an account to our ticketing portal, you will be automatically redirected to it.
  4. Here you'll be presented with the option to view all tickets or submit a ticket. To view your open tickets, click on View all tickets.
  5. By default, only your open tickets will show. To view closed tickets as well, change the status filter on the right-hand side.
  6. Click on a ticket to open it.
  7. Once opened, you can view all comments, add additional comments, add people that need to be copied on notifications for the issue, or close the issue.
