Using Intake Forms with Your Service

If you are seeking to have our agents fill out intake forms for your office, we have great news! Our team can certainly do this for you. There are a few things to keep in mind when setting up your form and we recommend viewing the information here to ensure the form being used is as efficient for your business as possible.

There are a few things we suggest considering when drafting forms:

1. Keep the questions simple. Our agents can gather qualifying information from your callers when using close-ended questions provided by your office. However, we recommend discussing in-depth or open-ended questions with clients directly when speaking with them yourself or through a follow-up email.

2. Our team strives to provide your business with the information needed to best help your clients! However, there is a limit on the number of intake questions our team can support when taking your calls. We can gather a total of six close-ended, qualifying questions on behalf of your office.

3. When setting up your form, please be sure to include no more than one question per field on your form.
