How to Connect Timely to

Your receptionists can book appointments for you on Timely, keeping your calendar full.

Setup is easy:

  1. Follow Timely's instructions on getting your business online. Add Timely to your website or use the built-in Timely mini website.
    1. Important: Please disable "Allow customers to book in their local time zone" for the calendar link you want agents to use! Otherwise, if a receptionist working in a different time zone books an appointment for you, it will appear at the wrong time on your calendar.
    2. For businesses that want more control over their calendars, consider using the "Pencilled in appointments" feature. Using pencilled-in appointments for online bookings will give you more control of your appointments, you can choose to accept or decline the appointment.
  2. Then, email your Timely public booking page link with instructions on when to use it to If you're providing more than one Booking page link, please give us directions for the correct way to book appointments on each calendar.
  3. That's it! We'll notify you as soon as the integration is complete.

With this setup complete, your receptionists will now be able to view your availability in real-time and add appointments to your calendar. Appointment bookings will, as always, also be noted in your call summaries.
