How to Update Your Credit Card Information on the Chat Dashboard

Chat plans are billed monthly via credit card. You can change the credit card used for billing at anytime.

To update your credit card information in Chat:

  1. Go to "Account & Settings"
  2. Under "Payment Method," click on "update payment method"
  3. Enter the information for the credit card you wish to use for billing on your Chat account.
  4. Click "update card details"
