How to Review Chat History in Your Dashboard

Want to check your chats, relevant chats, and leads in your chat dashboard? You can do this and more on the History page of your Chat Dashboard.

Log in to your dashboard at

When you log in, you should already see the History screen. You can also access it by clicking the clock icon in the upper left corner of your dashboard.

You can see all your chats and a snapshot of Conversations, Relevant Conversations, and Average Duration of your conversations.

Filter your chats based on time frame, channel, and/or disposition:

Please note, the Chatbot history does not include dispositions or snapshots.
