How to Connect Smith.ai to Mindbody

Your Smith.ai receptionists can book appointments for you on Mindbody. 

We can book appointments on your calendar within a single Smith.ai account. For example, if you'd like your receptionists to book appointments for all of the professionals at your business, we can do so — just send us all your Mindbody links, along with any necessary directions for proper use.

Please note: Appointment booking is an add-on service for virtual receptionist and chat plans, and will incur an extra fee. View current pricing. 

Confirm you have the right Mindbody package

Please follow the steps outlined here.

  1. Go to your New Mindbody Experience account, and click on Settings on the bottom left of your sidebar menu.
  2. Then click “Links.” If you're using classic Mindbody, go to Manager Tools and choose Links in the Communications and Marketing section.
  3. Once on the links page, click to expand the section you wish to create a link from.
  4. Select any applicable filters you would like.
  5. When you are done creating your custom booking link, copy the generated link and then send it to support@smith.ai.

    If you're providing more than one Mindbody Calendar link, please give us directions for the correct way to book appointments on each calendar.

    That's it! We will notify you as soon as the integration is complete. We're typically able to start booking appointments within one business day.

With this setup complete, your Smith.ai receptionists will now be able to view your availability in real time and add appointments on your calendar. New appointment bookings will, as always, also be noted in your call summaries.
