How to Change Live Chat Trigger Time

Automatically start conversations with your website visitors immediately or after 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, etc. You can set the trigger time on this feature in the following steps:

Existing Playbooks

  1. In your dashboard, click on the Bot icon:

  1. Click on Playbooks.

  1. Go to the Edit button.
  1. Click on your Playbook settings, and then you can set the trigger time you prefer with the drop down menu under Timing.

Playbook has not been created

  1. Go to your Settings

  1. Click on the tab Widget.

  1. Under Greeting, you can set your trigger time with the drop-down menu. Make sure you click Save to keep any changes.
