How to Access & Use the Partners Portal

If you are interested in becoming a partner with Smith.ai, please go to smith.ai/partners to speak to our team. Once signed up you will receive your credentials to log into your Partner Portal at app.smith.ai/partners.

The Portal allows Smith.ai partners (resellers and affiliates) to access all the information for their clients' Virtual Receptionists and Chat accounts.

Here's what's included:

Your Clients' Accounts in One Dashboard

From the account dashboard, you will see all of the accounts that you are managing. You can search by name or email, and log into the individual Virtual Receptionist and Chat accounts.

You will have all of the functionality of an individual chat account dashboard including:

To go back to the Partner Portal, click on the Log out button in the bottom left.

Virtual Receptionist Call Dashboard

Included in the Virtual Receptionist Dashboard:

  • Account-specific call history
  • Call summaries and client information for each call
  • Call Handling settings that include:
  • Your Smith number
  • Transfer line destination numbers
  • Voicemail greetings
  • Direct transfer and Blocked numbers list
  • Call instructions for the receptionists including how to address new leads, current clients, other attorneys, etc.

To go back to the Partner Portal, click on the Log out button in the bottom left.

Partner-Level Call, Chat, and Integration Data

In the Partner Portal, you have the ability to download CSV files with data from all of the accounts for Chats, Calls, and Integrations. Options to download all data, this month's, last month's, this year's, or last year's data.

Click on which list you would like to download, and a spreadsheet will be created that has client information, along with account information.

Call Data includes:

  • Partner account id (your email address)
  • Client account name, email, Smith.ai number, owner phone number, type (VR or Chat), plan (currently Full Service only)
  • Caller name, status, and phone number
  • Call date and time, duration (in seconds), disposition, priority, direction (inbound or outbound)

Chat Data includes:

  • Partner account id (your email address)
  • Client account name, email address, phone number, type (VR or Chat), plan (Full-Service or Self-Service)
  • Visitor's first name, last name, phone number
  • Chat date and time, duration (in seconds), disposition, agent who took the chat, whether it's counted against the billing quota, any CRMs the conversation was sent to (integrations)

Integrations Data includes:

  • Partner (your name)
  • Account name, email, phone, owner's phone, type (VR or Chat)
  • Number of attached integrations
  • Usage

Note: Managed-only partner accounts will not see billing in their dashboards.

To access billing information and invoices click on the gear in the bottom left. From here you can view and print invoices.
