Requesting updates to your instructions

You can update your account instructions through the Dashboard, so your request is categorized properly and responded to in a timely manner.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Instructions
  2. Click on Request a change.
  3. You should be automatically signed in to the ticketing portal. Here you'll be presented with the option to view all tickets or submit a ticket. To submit a change to your instructions, click on Submit a ticket.
  4. Fill out the changes you'd like made to your instructions in the form.
    Please review your current instructions and describe the change in as much detail as possible. This will ensure your changes are made swiftly and smoothly. If you have multiple accounts (for example, you have both a Virtual Receptionist & Chat account), please specify if these changes are for one or both accounts.
    Some changes, such as adding additional transfer lines, may affect your plan cost.
  5. After you've filled out all the information, click Submit.
  6. That's it! Your request is sent directly to the Smith team, and they will follow up with you to confirm the changes once completed.
