How to Connect Jobber Request Forms to

Our receptionists can do more than answer calls and book appointments. They can also complete publicly visible request forms that you've set up in Jobber.

Note: This article assumes you have already customized your request form following the Jobber instructions.
  1. For receptionists to be able to use your Jobber request forms, you must enable "Visible to clients and new leads" in the dashboard. Follow the Jobber article on publicly sharing your request form.
  2. Once you've made the request form visible to clients and new leads, click "View Link Options."
  3. From the pop-up, click Copy URL.
  4. Email that URL to with the subject line "Jobber Intake Form." Please include directions on how and when to use the request form.
  5. That's it! We'll notify you by email as soon as your call or chat instructions have been updated, and we're ready to begin completing request forms for your callers, typically within 1-2 business days.
