Outbound Call Campaigns using local Caller ID
Do you know how you’re more likely to answer a random phone number when it is coming from your area code? Well, that’s what our team, and our customers, want to happen. And now we can do it. Outbound calls have shown higher conversions if coming from a local area code, and we offer the ability to use this feature for your campaign.
How it works
We will provision multiple numbers for your outbound Caller ID, and when an outbound call has a 3 digit area code prefix that matches one of the provisioned numbers, the system uses that number to call out. When the outbound call does not match, it uses the "default" number on the account. You can add as many as you need, and we can determine the area codes from your list of campaign recipients. You can also tell us, specifically, which numbers we should use.
