Connect CASEpeer to Using Zapier

Our Zapier integration helps business owners save tons of time by automating processes that have previously been manual. Imagine sending every lead request to for follow up: This and thousands of other processes can be automated through Zapier, taking the manual work off your hands so you can get back to work.

What is Zapier?

Zapier is a platform that connects applications to each other. You can use it to automate data capture, workflows, alerts, tasks, and more. "Zaps," as Zapier calls them, are made up of Triggers and Actions.'s Zapier integrations include Triggers and Actions. Here we'll explain how to get started.

What you’ll need:

  • Zapier account
  • A account & your API key
  • A CASEpeer account & your CASEpeer API key

Connecting Calls and CASEpeer

  1. Sign up for a Zapier account for free. If you already have one, log in.
  2. Go to the CASEpeer + Zapier Integrations page.
  3. Choose the action and trigger from the options displayed. In the example below, we've chosen New Call ( as the trigger and Create Lead (CASEpeer) as the action.
  4. Press the Connect CASEpeer + Smith button.
    Note: If you are not logged into Zapier, you will be prompted to do so.
  5. After reviewing your selections, press the Get Started button.

  6. Connect CASEpeer and to your Zapier account by following the prompts.

  7. Customize the Zap to meet your business needs.
