How to See the Detailed Flow of Every Call

By following these instructions, you can see the steps that the virtual receptionist took during a call, following your specific call-handling instructions, in the Smith.ai dashboard.

  1. Log into the Smith.ai virtual receptionist dashboard.
  2. On the Call History page, scroll down to find the Call Log section.
  3. Find and click on a call you'd like to view the call decisions for.
  4. The Call Details page will open with additional details for that particular call.
