How to Connect to Google Calendar

Your receptionists can book appointments for you on Google Calendar.

We can book appointments on multiple calendars within a single account. For example, if you'd like your receptionists to book appointments for all of the partners at your law firm, we can do so — just send us each individual's Google Calendar link, along with any necessary directions for proper use.

To use this Google feature, you are required to have a Google Workspace Subscription. If you do not have a Google Workspace subscription, we recommend using a free Calendly account as a workaround.
  1. Create your schedule in Google Calendar.
    1. On a computer, open Google Calendar.
    2. At the top left, click Create, then click Appointment slots from the drop-down.
    3. Enter the appointment details of the appointment type you'd like to create.
    4. After you edit your appointment schedule, click Save.
  2. Next, you need to send your booking page to with instructions on how to use it. After you've created your appointment type, you'll be presented with a popup that lets you navigate to your new booking page. Copy to share the link with us.
  3. That's it! Give us 1-2 business days to add appointment booking to your account. Once our receptionists start to use it, you'll see all booked appointments appear on your Google calendar.
