How to forward calls from Xfinity to Smith.ai

Xfinity offers two call forwarding options. You can opt to have all calls forwarded directly to your Smith.ai team, or you can set up conditional call forwarding.

For direct forwarding
  1. Dial *72 if you want all calls to be directly forwarded.
  2. Dial the 10-digit Smith number that you were given.
  3. Press the Call button, and wait for a confirmation tone and message.
  4. End the call.
  5. That's it! Now your calls will be directly forwarded to your Smith.ai receptionists.

For conditional call forwarding
  1. Dial *71.
  2. Dial the 10-digit Smith number that you were given.
  3. Press the Call button, and wait for a confirmation tone and message.
  4. End the call.
  5. Now your unanswered calls will be forwarded to your Smith.ai receptionists.

Call forwarding call only be activated on your Xfinity mobile device. Activation is not available through the computer or another phone line.
