How to View Follow-Up Messages in the Dashboard

You can view your follow-up communication messages in the Client Dashboard. You're able to see all the messages associated with your account and which messages have been sent on a call.

First, we'll cover how to view all your follow-up messages.

View Follow-Up Messages in the Dashboard

  1. Log into your dashboard.
  2. Click on the phone icon to open the Call Handling menu.
  3. Scroll down the Call Handling page until you see the Follow-Up Communication section. Here, you'll see your follow-up email and SMS messages. You can also CC or BCC yourself on all follow-up emails.

You can also check which follow-up message has been sent on a call in the call details section.

From the dashboard, click on a call to open the details, and the follow-up section will show the follow-up message content and when it was sent.
