How to Download Call and Chat Data From the Partner Portal

Follow these instructions to download call and chat data for all your subaccounts.

  1. Log into the Smith.ai Partner Portal.
  2. Scroll down (past the list of your accounts) to the download section.
  3. Determine the dataset you want to download. You can download call, chat, or integration data for all time, this month, last month, this year, or last year.
  4. Press the data you'd like to download.
  5. A comma-separated value file (.csv) will be downloaded according to your download settings.

Data Included in Calls CSV Download

  • client ID (your login email)
  • call date
  • account name (your client)
  • account email (your client)
  • account phone (your client)
  • account owner phone (your phone number)
  • account type (virtual receptionists or chat)
  • account plan (full-service only available)
  • caller name
  • caller status
  • caller number
  • call duration (s)
  • disposition
  • priority
  • direction (inbound or outbound call)

Data Included in Chats CSV Download

  • client ID (your login email)
  • chat date
  • account name (your client)
  • account email (your client)
  • account phone (your client)
  • account owner phone (your phone number)
  • widget
  • account type (virtual receptionists or chat)
  • account plan (self service or full-service)
  • visitor's first name
  • visitor's last name
  • visitor's phone

  • channel
  • agent (if full-service chat)
