How to disable "Require me to press a key to accept a call" in eVoice

Jessica Paxton Updated by Jessica Paxton

For your eVoice call forwarding to work properly, the settings Require me to press a key to accept a call must be disabled.

To do so, follow these instructions outlined in eVoice's article on configuring and modifying inbound-call handling options.

  1. Under the eVoice header, click on the Settings link. The Settings page appears.
  2. Click Call Settings in the left navigation pane.
  3. Click Edit in the Inbound-Call Handling pane. The Modify Inbound-Call Handling dialog box appears.
  4. Disable the require me to press a key to accept a call option.
  5. Click Save to confirm your selections.
