Adding your business information to your chat account

Follow these steps to edit or add your business information on your Chat Dashboard:

  1. Go to the Settings cog on the bottom left of your Dashboard.
  1. Click on Business Info.
  1. Then edit or add your Business information accordingly.
  1. Make sure you click Save on the bottom of the page.
