Verifying that your Bria mobile app is working correctly

  1. Your account status should be "Registered" and the account should be set to Enabled. This will only work if you have entered the correct username, password, and domain.
  2. You should see the green arrow with the handset icon
  3. You should see Phone Ready, in orange, with the SIP account name

If this is not what you see in Bria, please double-check your settings. If you have entered all this information correctly and it is still not working, please contact support.
