Verifying that your Bria mobile app is working correctly
- Your account status should be "Registered" and the account should be set to Enabled. This will only work if you have entered the correct username, password, and domain.
- You should see the green arrow with the handset icon
- You should see Phone Ready, in orange, with the SIP account name
If this is not what you see in Bria, please double-check your settings. If you have entered all this information correctly and it is still not working, please contact support.
