How to Connect Your Appointy Account to

Do you use Appointy to schedule and track your appointments online? Your receptionists can book appointments directly on your Appointy calendar.

How to connect your Appointy account to
  1. Retrieve your Appointy booking URL. This is your Appointy username followed by "".

    If you don't remember your username, you can find your booking URL by logging into your Appointy account, and clicking on the "eye ball" icon on the lower-left corner.
    Your Appointy URL will show in the "preview" screen that appears next to "Your Customer Booking URL."
  2. Copy the URL and email it to, with the subject line "Connect my Appointy account." 
  3. That's it! We'll notify you as soon as the integration is complete.
How the integration with Appointy works

Your receptionists will add appointments to your Appointy calendar according to your directions, and you'll see updates in real time. However, because Appointy requires a user to login before their appointment is confirmed, Appointy is best used by our receptionists for new, not existing clients, since existing clients may already have a login.

So, we recommend you instruct our receptionists to schedule new-client appointments only through Appointy. We will create an account on their behalf and generate a temporary password for them so the appointment booking can be completed over the phone, and then we will instruct them to change their password when they receive the appointment confirmation email from Appointy. This will guarantee that only they have access to their account credentials.

Appointment bookings will, as always, also be noted in your call summaries.
