Keypad: Call Routing Schedules
Now that you've set up your Keypad account, it is time to set up the call routing schedule for your number(s).
To get started, please open the "Keypad Numbers" section pictured below:
Next, select the "Configure" button on the right-hand side of the screen.
You will then select the delete icon the red arrow is pointing. This will allow you to set up a new schedule.
You should now see the options pictured below.To get started, you will need to select Transfer from the configuration menu
You then have the option to select the direct transfer option and set up routing to one or more person in sequential order.
- Please select the drop down menu the red arrow is pointing to then set the routing to your preferred destination.
- To add an additional destination, please see the "Add transfer" option as picture below by the green arrow.
- To the right of each destination you can adjust the ring time with the drop down menu.
- Please note the options located within the orange box below to set up the routing options if the line is not answered as well.
Once you have this set up, don't forget to save your routing!
Additionally, please ensure you've updated all of the schedules on your account based on the on time of day and your desired schedule. These can be edited, deleted, and added as needed. You can find these options, as pictured below, in the upper left-hand side of your screen when you configure your number.
