Setting Up Your Keypad Mobile App
- Download the Keypad by Smith.ai App to your smart phone.
- Enter the email address and password associated with your Keypad account. Then click "Login"
Please note: Keypad does not currently have the team login function. At this time, all members of your team will need to utilize the same email/password to access your account.
- You will then be asked if you would like to receive notifications. We recommend that you select "allow" to ensure you never miss a call/text.
- The next step is to verify your phone number. Please enter your mobile number and click "send."
You must enter the cell phone number for the phone you are installing the Keypad mobile app on during this set-up. Do NOT enter your Keypad number or the main account holders cell phone number during this step. Again, this must be the mobile phone number associated with the mobile device you are currently setting up.
- You will then receive a text message to your mobile device and an email to the email address on file with a 4-digit code. Please enter the code and click "done."
You can now use your Keypad Mobile App.
