Setting Up Your Keypad Mobile App

  1. Download the Keypad by App to your smart phone.

  1. Enter the email address and password associated with your Keypad account. Then click "Login"
  1. You will then be asked if you would like to receive notifications. We recommend that you select "allow" to ensure you never miss a call/text.

  1. The next step is to verify your phone number. Please enter your mobile number and click "send."
You must enter the cell phone number for the phone you are installing the Keypad mobile app on during this set-up. Do not enter your Keypad number.

  1. You will then receive a text message to your mobile device and an email to the email address on file with a 4-digit code. Please enter the code and click "done."

You can now use your Keypad Mobile App.

When you place your first call, you'll notice it appears to be calling your own number. That's ok, that's how third-party dialers work with the cellular network. Please only email support if, after the call connects, it is not reaching the number you intended to call.
