Understanding the Call History Dashboard in Keypad
The Call History dashboard can be accessed by clicking on "Call History." This dashboard shows you:
- All calls
- Answered calls
- Missed calls
- Voicemails received
You can view the following information for each call:
- Direction (incoming or outgoing)
- Time of call
- Recipient
- Caller
- Caller location (if available)
- Transfer number (if applicable)
- Status
- Duration of the call
- Action (e.g., click "Call" to call someone back)
Under "Status" to following options may appear:
- Blocked
- Missed
- Answered ("Play call" will display if call recording is enabled)
- Play voicemail (if the caller left a voicemail)
You can filter the call data by:
- Time range
- Type of call
- Keypad number
- Destination number
