Understanding the Call History Dashboard in Keypad

The Call History dashboard can be accessed by clicking on "Call History." This dashboard shows you:

  • All calls
  • Answered calls
  • Missed calls
  • Voicemails received

You can view the following information for each call:

  • Direction (incoming or outgoing)
  • Time of call
  • Recipient
  • Caller
  • Caller location (if available)
  • Transfer number (if applicable)
  • Status
  • Duration of the call
  • Action (e.g., click "Call" to call someone back)

Under "Status" to following options may appear:

  • Blocked
  • Missed
  • Answered ("Play call" will display if call recording is enabled)
  • Play voicemail (if the caller left a voicemail)

You can filter the call data by:

  • Time range
  • Type of call
  • Keypad number
  • Destination number
