Ring your team simultaneously or sequentially

During business hours, it's important to quickly capture lead calls. When you opt to "transfer" calls, you have the choice to:

  • Direct-transfer to one person
  • Transfer to multiple people in a set order
  • Transfer to multiple people all at once (a "call blast")

You can set this up in your routing. Just choose "direct transfer" or "call blast*" in any transfer setup.

 Tips: You can stack one or more of the options above. For example, you can attempt a direct transfer, and if that person is unavailable after 10 seconds, "blast" everyone. You can also back up all attempts with a voicemail option.

*Call Blast will not work with SIP phones. Land lines and cell phones only.
