My Keypad App isn't making calls properly
When you call out from your Keypad Mobile App (not web client), you reach your own greeting or menu system
This is a rare problem with verification. Please follow these steps:
- Tap the Keypad logo (9 dots in a circle) in the top bar three times
- Log out of the app
- Log back in
It should now work. If it doesn't, let us know.
