Setting Yourself as "Available" in Self-Service Web Chat

  1. When you sign into your web chat account, you will automatically be set as unavailable. There will be a red dot by your name and avatar, and a red border around the window.
  1. Click on your avatar and choose "Set Yourself as Available"
  1. You will be available to chat when your avatar has a green dot. Then, you can assign yourself a conversation and start chatting with web visitors.
