Getting notified when you have a new chat

If you're logged in and at your computer, you'll get a desktop notification and hear a chime sound when someone initiates a chat conversation.

You'll also receive an SMS notification on your phone. You can't yet respond to chats via text message, so you'll need to use a desktop computer to respond from your dashboard.
